The board in your local shop lists prices, not calories, so most people order blind. This page puts the Wingstop menu calories for every item in one place: wings at every count, combos, group packs, tenders, all twelve flavors, the sides, the dips and the drinks. Then it does the part a chart cannot, adding up the orders people actually place, so you can see where the calories in a Wingstop meal really come from.
The short version: the wings are rarely the problem. A 10-piece of classic wings is about 700 calories. It is the large fries, the large dips, the sugary drink and the butter-heavy flavors around them that turn a 700-calorie order into a 2,500-calorie one, and almost all of that is easy to change once you can see it.
Every figure here comes from the same in-store board as our prices, recorded in August 2026. Wing sizes vary and sauce is tossed by hand, so treat each number as a close estimate rather than a lab result. For allergens and a full nutrient breakdown, see our Wingstop menu nutrition guide.

How Wingstop menu calories add up
Every Wingstop order is built from the same five blocks, which makes the calories easy to estimate once you know them. Add the wings, the flavor, the side, the dip and the drink, and you have your total within a hundred calories or so.
- Wings: about 70 calories per classic bone-in wing, 80 per boneless wing.
- Flavor: 20 to 260 calories a serving, depending on which one.
- Side: 40 for regular veggie sticks, 500 for regular seasoned fries, up to 1,180 for large loaded fries.
- Dip: 320 to 390 for a regular cup; a large is 1,620 to 1,950.
- Drink: 0 for water, unsweetened tea or a diet soft drink; 500 for a 32 oz regular soft drink; 840 for Simply Lemonade.
How many calories are in one Wingstop wing?
About 70 for a plain classic bone-in wing and about 80 for a plain boneless wing, before any flavor. Ten classic wings in Original Hot come to roughly 720 calories; ten in Lemon Pepper come to roughly 940.
Wings by the piece: calories by count
This is the core of the Wingstop menu calories chart. Wings are sold in counts of 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100, and the calories scale in a straight line: 70 per classic wing, 80 per boneless. Flavor is listed separately below, because it depends on what you choose.
Boneless is the heavier choice at every count
Boneless wings are breaded pieces of breast meat. The breading absorbs frying oil and there is no bone taking up space, so each piece carries more. Switching from classic to boneless to “eat lighter” adds 100 calories per ten wings, every time.
| Count | Boneless | Classic bone-in | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | 800 cal | 700 cal | +100 boneless |
| 20 pieces | 1,600 cal | 1,400 cal | +200 boneless |
| 30 pieces | 2,400 cal | 2,100 cal | +300 boneless |
| 50 pieces | 4,000 cal | 3,500 cal | +500 boneless |
| 100 pieces | 8,000 cal | 7,000 cal | +1,000 boneless |
Wings only, before flavor, sides, dips and drinks.
Why boneless wings carry more calories
It feels backwards, because breast meat is the leaner cut. The difference is the coating. A classic wing is fried in its own skin with no batter, and much of its fat sits in that skin and renders out in the fryer. A boneless wing is a cube of breast meat wrapped in breading, and breading behaves like a sponge in hot oil. It also adds starch of its own.
There is a portion effect too. A classic wing is partly bone, so ten of them is less actual food than ten boneless pieces of a similar size. You get more chicken from boneless, but you get more breading and oil with it, and the board shows the result: 80 calories a piece against 70.
Wingstop combo calories
Combos come with fries, a dip and a drink, and the board lists a calorie figure for the main part of each combo. Use the table below for the wings or tenders, then add the side, dip and drink you actually choose, because those can double the total.
The pattern across the three sizes is worth noticing. At 6 and 8 pieces the boneless and classic figures sit close together, but at 10 pieces classic drops a full hundred calories below boneless. If you order the large combo regularly, choosing classic is the easiest calorie saving on the whole menu, and it costs you nothing in flavor choice.
| Combo | Boneless | Classic bone-in |
|---|---|---|
| Small · 6 pieces | 707 cal | 737 cal |
| Medium · 8 pieces | 857 cal | 877 cal |
| Large · 10 pieces | 1,117 cal | 1,017 cal |
| 3-piece tenders combo | 410 cal | — |
| 5-piece tenders combo | 675 cal | — |
Board figures for the combo main. Add a regular fries (500), a regular dip (320–390) and your drink (0–500).
How many calories is a Wingstop combo with fries and a drink?
Usually between about 1,500 and 2,400. A large 10-piece classic combo with a regular fries, ranch and water is around 1,840; switch to a 32 oz regular soft drink and it is around 2,340. The fries, dip and drink are where most of the variation comes from.
Group pack calories, total and per person
Group packs look enormous on paper, but split between the people they are meant for, they land close to a single combo each. The per-person column below divides each pack evenly at a typical headcount; adjust it to your own table.
The pack totals include the large sides and dips, and that is where the per-person number creeps up. Two large fries in a Party Pack account for 1,800 calories on their own, and four regular dips add another 1,300 or so. If your group cares more about wings than fries, ask whether your restaurant can swap a large fries for large veggie sticks; where they can, it takes more than 800 calories off the shared total.
| Pack | Boneless | Classic | Split | Per person (BL / BI) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meal for 2 | 1,829 cal | 1,619 cal | 2 people | 915 / 810 |
| Crew Pack | 3,348 cal | 3,046 cal | 3 people | 1,116 / 1,015 |
| Group Pack | 4,453 cal | 4,103 cal | 4 people | 1,113 / 1,026 |
| Party Pack | 5,286 cal | 4,873 cal | 5 people | 1,057 / 975 |
Board totals for each pack. Headcounts are our assumption for the split, not Wingstop’s serving guidance.
Crispy tender calories
Tenders are whole strips of breaded breast meat, so they sit closer to boneless than to classic wings. Tender sizes vary more than wing sizes do, which shows in the board figures: they work out to roughly 150 to 200 calories a tender before flavor.
Tenders are the order most parents reach for, and for good reason: no bones, easy to dip, easy to share. Just remember that four tenders at about 800 calories is more than ten classic wings. For a child, two or three tenders with veggie sticks is often plenty, and a 4-piece split between two kids works well.
| Tender order | Calories |
|---|---|
| 4-piece tenders | 800 cal |
| 7-piece tenders | 1,400 cal |
| 15-piece tenders | 2,730 cal |
| 20-piece tenders | 3,640 cal |
| 30-piece tenders | 4,740 cal |
Board figures, before flavor. Tender combos are listed in the combo table above.
Flavor calories, lightest to heaviest
Flavor is where Wingstop menu calories surprise people most. The buffalo-style sauces are the lightest things on the board, and the dry rubs and Mild are the heaviest, because butter and oil carry their flavor. Full tasting notes are on our Wingstop menu flavors guide.
Mild has 13 times the calories of Original Hot
Mild is 260 calories a serving and Original Hot is 20. Mild gets its gentler taste from extra butter, so picking it to be “sensible” adds 240 calories. If you want lighter buffalo wings, Original Hot or Cajun is the answer.
| Flavor | Calories per serving | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Cajun | 20 | Wet sauce |
| Original Hot | 20 | Wet sauce |
| Atomic | 40 | Wet sauce |
| Hawaiian | 100 | Wet sauce |
| Spicy Korean Q | 110 | Wet sauce |
| Mango Habanero | 120 | Wet sauce |
| Hickory Smoked BBQ | 120 | Wet sauce |
| Louisiana Rub | 230 | Dry rub |
| Lemon Pepper | 240 | Dry rub |
| Garlic Parmesan | 240 | Dry rub |
| Hot Honey Rub | 260 | Dry rub |
| Mild | 260 | Wet sauce |
Per serving of flavor on a standard order, from the in-store board.
Sides, dips and drinks: the hidden calories
This is the part of the Wingstop menu calories chart people skip, and it is where most of the calories in a typical order hide. A large fries is 900 calories, more than a 10-piece of classic wings. A large ranch is 1,620. A Simply Lemonade is 840.
Dips deserve special attention because they feel like a condiment and count like a meal. A regular ranch at 320 calories is close to five classic wings. Most people do not finish a whole cup, which helps, but a large cup shared between two easily adds 800 calories each. If you love the dips, keep them and trade the large fries for veggie sticks instead; the carrots and celery are also better for scooping.
| Item | Regular | Large |
|---|---|---|
| Veggie sticks | 40 cal | 70 cal |
| Cajun Fried Corn | 200 cal | 400 cal |
| Seasoned fries | 500 cal | 900 cal |
| Cheese fries | 580 cal | 1,020 cal |
| Buffalo Ranch Loaded Fries | 610 cal | 1,070 cal |
| Louisiana Voodoo Loaded Fries | 680 cal | 1,180 cal |
| Cheese sauce (side) | 620 cal | — |
| Ranch | 320 cal | 1,620 cal |
| Bleu Cheese | 330 cal | 1,630 cal |
| Honey Mustard | 390 cal | 1,950 cal |
| Soft drink · 20 oz / 32 oz | 0 cal | 500 cal |
| Gold Peak tea · 20 oz / 32 oz | 0 cal | 390 cal |
| Simply Lemonade | 840 cal | — |
| Dasani water | 0 cal | — |
| Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie | 430 cal | — |

Real Wingstop orders, added up
Charts are useful; totals are more useful. Here are five common orders with the arithmetic shown, using the figures above. When you split a wing order across two flavors, the flavor calories land roughly halfway between the two.
| Order | How it adds up | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 10 classic, Original Hot, veggie sticks, water | 700 + 20 + 40 + 0 | ≈ 760 cal |
| 4 tenders, Garlic Parmesan, regular fries, water | 800 + 240 + 500 + 0 | ≈ 1,540 cal |
| 10 classic, Lemon Pepper, regular fries, ranch, unsweetened tea | 700 + 240 + 500 + 320 + 0 | ≈ 1,760 cal |
| Crew Pack (boneless) shared by three | 3,348 ÷ 3 | ≈ 1,116 cal |
| 10 boneless, Mild, large fries, ranch, 32 oz soda | 800 + 260 + 900 + 320 + 500 | ≈ 2,780 cal |

Wingstop menu calories by occasion
The right order depends on why you are there. These are the choices that keep the calories sensible for each situation without making anyone feel short-changed.
A quick solo lunch
A small 6-piece classic combo (737 calories on the board) with veggie sticks instead of fries and a water comes to roughly 780 calories, or about 1,100 if you finish a regular ranch. That is a proper lunch with real wings, and it leaves room for dinner. Pick Original Hot or Cajun to keep the flavor near 20 calories, and dip lightly.
Dinner for two
The Meal for 2 in classic is 1,619 calories in total, about 810 each before drinks. Choose the large veggie sticks as your side, split the flavors between a sauce and a rub, and order water or unsweetened tea, and dinner stays under 1,000 calories each.
Game day and parties
For a crowd, plan on roughly eight to ten wings per adult, which is 560 to 700 calories of classic wings each before sides. A Party Pack in classic split five ways is about 975 a head including the fries and dips. If the party runs long, grazing adds up faster than a sit-down meal, so put the veggie sticks out first.
Kids
Three tenders or five classic wings in Mild, Hickory Smoked BBQ or Garlic Parmesan, with veggie sticks and water, is a satisfying kid-sized plate in the 500 to 700 calorie range. Skip the large dips; one regular cup shared is plenty.
Calories per dollar: what the price and calorie charts say together
Putting the two charts side by side tells you something neither shows alone. Boneless is both cheaper and heavier: ten boneless wings give you about 95 calories per dollar, while ten classic wings give about 74. If you are feeding hungry teenagers on a budget, boneless stretches furthest. If you want the most wing for the fewest calories, classic wins.
The cheapest calories on the menu are the ones you probably least want: large dips and fries. A large ranch at $4.49 carries 1,620 calories, and a large fries at $4.29 carries 900. The lightest things per dollar are veggie sticks, water and the low-calorie sauces, which cost the same as the heavy ones. On this menu, the lighter flavor choice never costs more.
Tracking Wingstop menu calories in an app
If you log meals in a calorie-tracking app, Wingstop orders are easier to record than most restaurant meals, because everything is counted in pieces. Log the wings by count (70 or 80 each), add the flavor as one serving, then add each side, dip and drink separately rather than looking for a single combo entry that may not match what you chose.
When you split flavors, log half a serving of each. When you share a pack, divide the board total by the number of people and log your share. And if you only ate half the ranch, log half; the dips are big enough that it makes a real difference to the day’s Wingstop menu calories.
How to cut Wingstop menu calories without losing the fun
You do not need to order a sad salad to eat lighter at Wingstop. These swaps keep the wings and remove the calories that add the least enjoyment:
- Pick classic over boneless. Saves 100 calories per ten wings.
- Pick Original Hot or Cajun over Mild or a dry rub. Saves up to 240 calories a serving.
- Swap fries for veggie sticks. Regular to regular saves 460 calories; large to large saves 830.
- Never order a large dip for one. A large ranch is 1,620 calories, five times a regular cup.
- Drink water, unsweetened tea or diet. Saves 500 against a 32 oz regular soda and 840 against a lemonade.
- Share the loaded fries. At 610 to 1,180 calories they are a meal, not a side.
What is the lowest-calorie meal at Wingstop?
Ten classic wings in Original Hot or Cajun with regular veggie sticks and water, at roughly 760 calories. For something smaller, the 3-piece tenders combo is listed at 410 calories for the tenders before you choose a side and drink.
Wingstop menu calories against a daily budget
The FDA uses 2,000 calories a day as its general reference on nutrition labels. Against that, a typical Wingstop combo of 1,500 to 2,400 calories is most of a day’s budget in one sitting, and the heaviest orders on the board exceed it.
That is context, not a lecture. Wings are a treat for most people, and knowing the number lets you decide where to spend it: on more wings and a lighter side, on a flavor you love, or on the fries. The point of a calorie chart is to make that choice deliberate instead of accidental.
Individual needs vary a lot with age, size and activity, so 2,000 is a reference point, not a target. Someone who has just finished a long shift on their feet or a weekend tournament can reasonably eat more; someone tracking closely for weight loss may want the 760-calorie order above. Either way, the Wingstop menu calories on this page let you plan the rest of the day around the meal.
Where these Wingstop calorie numbers come from
Every figure on this page is taken from the same photographed in-store board that produces our Wingstop menu with prices, so the calories and prices never disagree. Wing sizes vary from batch to batch, flavors are tossed by hand, and individual restaurants can differ slightly, so a real order may land a little above or below the chart.
If you need exact figures for a medical diet or an allergy, use Wingstop’s official nutrition information on wingstop.com, which includes the full nutrient and allergen breakdown that a calorie chart cannot.
