What we can help with
A price here is wrong
The single most useful thing you can send. A photograph of a menu board with the city attached lets us verify and correct it, usually within a few days. Prices vary by franchise, so a difference of a dollar or two is expected — anything larger is worth reporting.
A factual error in a guide
Wrong calorie count, an item that no longer exists, a description that misstates what is in a sub, a broken link. Tell us what page and what is wrong and it gets fixed.
A question the site does not answer
If you looked for something here and could not find it, that is useful signal. Several sections of this site exist because somebody asked.
What we cannot help with
This is an independent guide, not the restaurant. We have no access to any ordering system, no account records, and no ability to contact a location on your behalf. For any of the following, go to the company directly:
- Placing, changing or cancelling an order
- Refunds, gift cards or rewards-account problems
- Complaints about a meal, a member of staff or a specific location
- Catering bookings and delivery enquiries
- Job applications and franchise enquiries
- Confirming prices at one specific shop before you go
